Captive audience…an advertising professional told me is the value of gas pump television.
I do some of best thinking on toilet, mornings before family wakes and while pumping gas. Keep that annoying gas pump television out of sight and mind.

I don't mean to be that angry old white guy but why the frick am I paying for ads on top of my gas already? Give me a discount if I have to sit through 4-6 minutes of ads.

you know you aren't paying for ads right? Shell is getting money to play them. They are either using that to give you a discount or pocketing the cash. In theory ads any where, (Hulu, new Amazon tablets, etc) give you something for less costs. It's why the Hulu with no ads is some much more a month, and you still get ads if content is from other networks
