He passed up a much easier shot when the motorcade was coming right at him, and instead shot at a target moving away at an angle.
If he shot as the motorcade approaches everyone would be looking right at him. Waiting allowed for everyone to be looking in the opposite direction from him. Who knows, maybe he wanted to shoot as it approached and couldn't get a clean shot.

Too much stupidity to refute. Congrats on your tin foil work, which is garbage.
Still waiting on ANY EVIDENCE OF 2ND SHOOTER. Tin Foiler’s PROMISED!

Since you do not understand how the law works, there is no need on the part of accused to show proof of a second shooter. Burden of proof in on the state. They have not made their case.
Tell you what though, who was in Mexico City from September 26 to October 3, 1963?

Hey buddy, since you believe there were only one shooter let’s have some fun with CE 399 and the chain of custody. Talk me through who found it and how it was properly handled through the investigation.
Also, let’s have some fun with Chief Justice Earl Warren. Tell me about his position as to whether this as a court of law using an adversarial process to arrive at the truth.

Is there any Ruby to Oswald connection? Other than Ruby shooting him? If it were a mob thing, they have a way to make a second shooter disappear. He’s probably an extra body wherever Jimmy Hoffa is buried.

It was a collaborative effort by Bush Sr, Allen Dulles, LBJ, Carlos Marcello, Castro, the shadow remnants of the third reich, and our alien overlords.

Did the state have an incentive to prove a 2nd shooter?
They had an Oswald, who died. Why devote a limited budget to prove something with no benefit, only risk?

Try this;
In The Memoirs of Earl Warren (1977), Warren wrote:
“I was deeply reluctant… I told the President I did not wish to serve.”
“The President then told me that the nation was in grave danger of a war we might not survive… that foreign governments were already spreading the belief that the assassination was the result of a conspiracy.”
He said Johnson emphasized that:
“If the people of the world believed this, it could lead to war.”
“I was persuaded that if I refused, there might be a war which could cost 40 million lives.”
There you have it.

Didn't Barry Seal's plane take off from Love field about 30 minutes after JFK was shot?

I know more about the law than you’’ll ever know. You are using Circular circle jerking. All evidence points to Oswald. Conviction. His gun, that he bought with his print. That he ordered with matched handwriting. At the murder scene was the gun he ordered by hand written note. They would have convicted him all day, every day. I’m on the side of all the facts and real evidence.
His revolver that he bought with matching shells found from the gun they found on him. Marina CONFIRMED he told her he shot at Walker. But hey, what’s a witness? Witness saw LHO shoot Tippit. But hey, what’s an eye witness. I know more about evidence and law than you ever will. Photos of LHO with the rifle and pistol. All matching, but hey you saw law and order a couple of times and “know the law”. Quit reading quack sites and using “conspiracy theorist” bull crap. Who gives a crap about who was in Mexico. LHO so what. He was a nut, and all over the place.
Remember this, people say it was CIA. The same CIA who couldn’t manage to kill Castro in a third world, two -bit banana republic.

Here’s your fun. Been there done that.
CE399 has a clear chain of possession -- From Tomlinson, to Wright, to
Johnsen, to Rowley, to Todd, to Frazier.
A prosecutor (such as my favorite lawyer/author Vincent Bugliosi), at the
trial (had there been one), would have simply called the above- referenced
individuals to the witness stand in order to establish the "chain" (which
certainly would have been established without a shred of a doubt).
Mr. Bugliosi, at the Oswald "TV Docu-Trial" in 1986 (which did adhere to
REAL rules of evidence and court procedures, even though it wasn't an
actual trial), in fact did (in essence) establish the admissibility of
Stretcher Bullet CE399 in a courtroom setting, which occurred during the
questioning of witness Vincent Guinn, when Bugliosi listed the official
pieces of evidence that Dr. Guinn examined for the HSCA, including CE399
and one of the two large bullet fragments found in the front seat of the
limousine.

Totally out of context and misusing the quotes about Earl Warren.
LBJ wanted a broad-based coalition of R and D politicians and respected men to serve on the commission to give it the respect and trust that it deserved. You are seriously suggesting that all those historic men lied and manipulated things to try and fit some wack-a-do argument? It was a wide ranging and varied group of the most respected men in the US at the time. Read all the transcripts and not picking and choosing out of context. Senator Dick Russell of GA didn’t want to serve because he didn’t like Warren but they all came together and did that America needed at the time. Put out the best evidence and truth they could find.
