I'm going with the boat. If not for boats, we would be here living in prosperity and peace.

I don't know why I laughed so hard at this.

I was going to say mustard gas or slavery, but the slight inconvenience to you're fat fricking fingers is clearly the winner.

The polio vaccine was pretty bad, too. No one should have to be stuck with a needle just to not be crippled.

The first polio vaccines were given as a drop of liquid on a sugar cube, the injection is more recent. It was a mass vaccination, not something you waited to go to a doctor to get. People like myself, and my parents lined up at schools, churches, government buildings, and were given a sugar cube in a little paper cup as the line moved through the building. Just trying to help people learn a little history.

Nuclear weapons
On the plus side we haven't had a world war since they've been used. On the negative side, if we ever do again we're fricked.

Not only have we not had a world war, the 47 largest economies haven’t fought each other; marking the Great Peace/New Peace which is the longest period of peace amongst the great powers in human history.

Also, from a scientific perspective, the developments from the pursuit of nuclear weapons have greatly aided humanity in countless other ways.

It's been over 15 years so I don't remember that well but I think they stick you a bunch of times in a circle. Not deep though.

I know hindsight is 20/20, but in retrospect, do you think it was worth waiting all that time in line to avoid Polio?

Frankly, I'm tired of your retard shite. Do you even Secret Life Of Machines - The Telephone?

And plenty of people like Dr. Pepper, a-hole. However, I'm with you on the Diet Sunkist Orange soda. That shite is underrated.
