Depends. Are they being asked to bake a customized cake for a gay couple. I've been told that the business should be compelled to provide this.

I totally forgot that private companies are typically cloaked in legislative immunity and granted special governmental protections. Who'd-a-thunk.

If Trump posted on TD does Chicken not have the right to ban him? Especially if he breaks the rules? Why is Twitter different?

GTFO. They are functioning as publishers and are censoring certain viewpoints yet they claim they are simply platforms for free speech.

How much in governmental subsidies does TD get? Does TD operate as an official conduit between politicians and government agencies and the public? Is there an "official POTUS td handle?" That isn't even taking into account the antitrust issues going on with big tech.

TD is nowhere near as influential as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. You cannot censor certain viewpoints when you become the main source of news, knowledge and information.

Stop using the company that deplatformed them.

So tell me, how are you supposed to use the Parler app on your phone if Google Play and Apple Store both deplatform the app?

Does Twitter get subsidies? Or operate as an official government conduit?

How did this turn out? Anyone know?

Like the gay guys who sued the baker instead of using another one? Ok

Of course it does. But that's what Paxton is known for. Red Meat wastes of time.

Twitter, Google and Facebook are monopolies, at least by the traditional definition.

They have no competition and control most of the ad revenue in their class.

Shut the frick up. If Parler was huge and was censoring liberals you’d be all about the government shutting them down.

Negative.

Socialism is the economic scale of monopolies. Government owns the means of production, all of it.

Capitalism requires competition. Its even in the definition of free enterprise.

Monopolies =/= competitive markets.
