It sucks getting pulled over, esp for retarded things. However, even if you're innocent, being deceptive though smartass talk and actions certainly can't help. Your goal is to not get arrested, bring about more charges, or defy police orders. What may have been a warning or minor citation (cash grab) can lead to charges and public embarrassment.

From the second the cop walked up Hill was being a shite head. There was nothing the cop could’ve done. The first cop was not rude or aggressive. He simply wanted him to keep his god damn window down

With that said I wouldn’t want to have to deal with idiots with tinted windows. Didn’t have to escalate like that though. Just do what the cops say and go on your way. Both sides wrong.
Good luck finding enough non-military that are willing to put their life at risk on a daily basis for 55k a year when most LEO agency's are already short handed.

I have tinted windows. When I get pulled over, I immediately roll down all windows, turn on interior lights if at night, and put my hands on the steering wheel. Last time this happened the cop was polite and professional and thanked me for lowering the anxiety of the stop. He still gave me a ticket but all he did was his job.
I saw a body cam video of a police officer getting killed during a routine traffic stop. The perpetrator escalated the situation, but the cop was not so quick to react aggressively and control the situation. Before he could react in defense the perpetrator attacks and wrestles the cop, gets a hold of his gun, and shoots him.
If that cop was an a-hole the second that guy resisted, he would still be alive.
That is why they are a-holes. Dealing with low functioning people daily wears on you. When I was young I hated them. Now I understand them.

That's the stadium in the background, so I would assume they were there for traffic control. The lanes were moving at just above walking speed due to game traffic, which leads me to wonder how he could be speeding? Just a guess but he likely did something aggressive.
Have no idea what happened here, but personal experience from a 57 yr old white guy, there is nothing like a group of motorcycle cops pulling traffic control at sporting event/concert to trigger a group think over-reaction.

What law says you have to roll down the window? Doesnt fricking matter what the cops tell you if it isnt LAWFUL.
The cops option was to ask him to exit the vehicle. I wasnt aware rich as hell pecker heads in Mclarens were a meance to cops' lives. Just write the fricking ticket and be on with your day instead of barking out unlawful orders like youre the fricking Gestapo or Lord and King.

Edit: He was exiting the vehicle. How do you think the door became open? Have you ever gotten out of a.McLaren, its not like hopping out of your F150.
