Sorry I'm not a fan of the expensive and large versions of the DSLD homes, baw.
Also the few large very modern (seemingly with no curtains) whitewash homes are grotesque as well.

Does everyone that buys a house in UClub get one of those fancy UClub Golf Polos that guys love to wear at LSU football games like it’s a badge of honor?
Hell I don’t know, I’m too poor to live there.

Midcity, southdowns, anything off perkins from govt to highland rd, etc.

gotttdamn the jealousy in this thread is wild

No, but you typically get a shirt with every tournament you play, so there is no need to go shopping for LSU gear at the store.
Pretty convenient

There isn't foot traffic on Perkins road. No one is walking around anywhere minus the homeless and they're not going into neighborhoods
Foot traffic to me is the ghetto people creeping into midcity from the crack house areas and stealing shite

Now THIS is the whiny thread of jealousness the OP was hoping to invoke with his post....
Complete with instructions on how to live your life...
And concluded with a cinching of the purse and throwing out a non-sensical out right lie of a statement before storming out....

It’s so far. I viewed a house for sale when we were looking and said no way on the drive over.

UClub is out there but there is a large development coming that will provide more options
What are they building and where?

UClub not worth the price. It’s a good 20-30min from LSU and at least 30min from most things.
LOL what?

Correct. I live in Tara and there is no general "foot traffic" here other than the residents getting a run or walk in on an afternoon.

Across from preservation on Bluebonnet is a big development that Mike Wampold is building. I think shops and food places.

The opened a daycare for the vapid U Club crowd. It’s Istrouma Brewing and ruined a cool space.
If you like moms who dress in smock dresses and infant hair bows while chugging wine out their Stanley cups it’s the place for you.
Personally several neighborhoods in BR offer better homes, larger lots and more character. U club does have nice amenities if you like to have an insular existence and stepford social network.

There's an Albertson's less than 10 minutes away from CCL?
They never mention that for most CCL residents it takes nearly 10 minutes of weaving through the neighborhood at 15-20 mph with multiple stops and turns to get from your house to the Highland entrance/exit. Then 10 minutes to the store (if it's not rush hour).

This is about as ideal as one can hope for in BR. A neighborhood where your kids can ride bikes & probably won’t get shot or hit up for money isn’t a bad thing.
