Also what happened with the COVID-19 test? Is it back yet?

Yes, positive

Where did he post this? I thought he posted on 20th he got tested finally after being shot down multiple times and had tested positive for pneumonia, but I also thought he said he was told corona test would take 3 to 5 days. I hope he got results sooner (I think your reply was on 21st), but at least it seems like doctors on same page he has it and will avoid prescribing anything that may make it worse.

My last update on this thread.

Officially received the results today from the CDC and the test results showed I am positive for the Chinese Aids. If only the Doctor had done the test when I originally asked given my exposure & symptoms I would have been diagnosed correctly and it would not have developed into full blown pneumonia.

Alas that did not happen so instead I've been battling pneumonia since March 9th having contracted the virus on March 6th with the severity spiking for 10 days. I would like to thank my two primary care physicians because without them I would not be here today and that's a fact given how full blown this got.

The worst was early last week waking up gasping for any air and not finding it was the scariest shite of my life.

Anyway I'm now feeling much better and with luck I won't get any sort of secondary infection in my lungs which would bring the pneumonia back for a second battle. I'm at 25-30% today and it feels awesome.

I will stay quarantined until I'm off my medications and can withstand going 48 hours without a fever and show no other coughing or other symptoms which should be if everything works out around Sunday or Monday.

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers I really need them and the OT did help get me through this as much as my doctors did.

Lastly, I'm also really looking forward to drinking my 20 yr old pappy van winkle my client sent today as a get well gift too once the medication is no longer needed!

Glad to hear man

Quick question and it's not to spark some a-hole debate, but if you were diagnosed earlier does your PC Physician feel like they could have treated you so it didn't blow up and get as severe as it did?

I'm just curious what doctors are thinking as no one ever reports the recoveries and steps, just the asymptomatic individuals and the ICU with no in between.

Again glad you're on the up and up!

I'm happy you're on the mend. I wish you had been able to get your test done sooner. Maybe if you were a rich actor that would have happened. It really gives me the red arse that tests are being given to asymptomatic famous people but not people like you.

I received a shot with a power combination of antibiotics which really did help stave off the infection in the lungs but what really helped with the 750 mg of Lexofloxacin. The combination is what saved me from Covid-19.

I don't disagree but also lay on the World Health Organization who pulled our test allocation and gave it to developing countries because they said we had more resources and they didn't. Screw the WHO!

Very I just got word that of the 10 of us who got Covid from the infected guy in Park City that one of my friends is now in the hospital with 104 degree temps buried in ice to get his temps down. He now has full blown pneumonia and its gotten to the point where he has developed sepsis and kidney failure tonight.

Please say a prayer for them as well. They are young with no underlying health issues so this was pretty startling to hear tonight.
