I'm guessing these guys feel the need to interrogate every single person they see sporting a uniform. If I were in the military and in military dress, and these guys came up to me and started interrogating me, I'd tell them to gtfo (unless they were higher ranked or something).

Seemed to me like he was all there, he was just slow and calculating in his responses to try not to frick himself and get called on something.
Not all mental disease is easily recognizeable. Some people can seem completely normal when they are definitely not all there.

frick yourself. It's a representation of the entire branch. The highest echelon of the enlisted military. It is earned, and this guy parading around in that uniform gives a very different depiction of what an actual sergeant major is.

Stolen Valor on Facebook is a gold mine of this stuff

They probably had a friend at the funeral who knew something was off about the guy and he called up his buddies who were Marines to give the guy hell.
So are they just like ghostbusters? They get a call and ride over to call someone out?
Seems like a lot of trouble just to get some attention for yourself

Ribbons/medals are earned..They are displayed proudly as a silent statement to what someone has accomplished..Certain ones tell you all you need to know about a person...To see them just dangling as a trinket is disrespectful

Ya!!! That'll show him for wearing the wrong costume!

I have no idea man. I was just throwing ideas out there. Personally, if someone calls me up to come call out a poser I'm gonna tell them no thanks because I've got better shite to do with my time.

And at a funeral is not one of them

How is that? They were asking questions since it was obvious something is off. It was in a parking lot, not inside the funeral home as some are attempting to state.
They didn't try to start a fight with him, they didn't call him names. They told him they realized he was fake and that was it.

Resorting to anger so quickly? Stop perpetuating the stereotype and start acting like a real man.

If the man is mentally disabled, you can't possibly expect him to know that.

That guys uniform was a soup sandwich. Not hard to spot.

Where to begin with this ---
Beret (heck, my beret has been bad - if that was the only thing - and an E-9 at that.)
Ribbons and medals - you pick one, son.
No CSIB
No special forces cat would voluntarily wear the black beret over the green.
He is a CSM, but wears plain stars?
Just off the top of my head...

Wow, looks like me and Sabi nailed this one. I think most respectful marines and ex-military would never actually be the ones making these videos calling people out. It is the douches that were meat heads that were actually hated in their own platoons that are usually in these if i had to guess
You got it. We were in Civil Air Patrol together. Our Florida wing drill team got 3rd in Nationals and he acted like he carried us all there.

Thanks, Doctor NoShit.
I'm saying that in my opinion, the guy was completely fine and knew exactly what he was doing, a.k.a. he wasn't mentally fricked up. There are several times in the video where he sort of "breaks character" and is fine...once when he says something to some older lady, and then once again when he gets all billy badass and gets in their faces talking bout "Leave me the frick alone or I will arrest you."
