7 hardlegs in Vegas. Your best bet is to hit a pool party (aka a “day club” so they can charge you cover to hang out at a fricking pool), and meet a bachelorette party. That way you can hook up for the club later and not have to wait forever to not get in.

When you first get there, go to a liquor store and get liquor and mixers to drink by the pool. You'll have to keep it in your room, so get big cups so you don't have to keep going back too often.
Also buy snacks at the same time.
This cuts down on what you spend on way overpriced drinks and food on the strip.
We really enjoyed Fremont St./Old Vegas. It's definitely a bit grungy when comparing to the strip, but you can have a lot of fun there. And the minimums are lower for the table games if you have people not wanting to spend a bunch gambling.
Also buy snacks at the same time.

We go twice a year. Just got back yesterday.
Absinthe is a must see show.
Get a players card from whatever casino you are staying and go play slots in the high limit area. As a new player, you will win some money.
There's a cool cigar bar in Caesars that has a large tv for watching sports and having drinks.
Palomino Strip Club if you like looking at fully nude girls and drinking alcohol. I believe it is the only fully nude club that serves alcohol.
Any of the popular night clubs will be good to check out. Lots of young ladies at these.
There are many great restaurants...our favorites are Joel Robuchon at MGM, Nobu at Caesars, Picasso at Bellagio and the buffet at Caesars.

Pool parties are fun as hell, especially doing bottle service. You could, however, get by doing GA at a pool party.

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Lots of walking. Freemont Street at night. High Roller is 25 for daytime. More at night. Eat at Tacos El Gordo. Authentic. Secret pizza in Cosmo. Cosmo draws smoking hot chicks. Wear light color clothes during the day.
