These newer headlights are so intense that when I put my hand up to block their beam I can see the bones in my hand.

For the little bit of extra "safety" it gives the driver of that car, it makes it less safe for everyone else by blinding them.

This couldn't possibly be a problem.

If people would learn to aim their lights it wouldn’t matter

I don't understand why some newer trucks seem to have 3 individual bulbs in a stack. why not just one? Ford trucks maybe?

Cop lights have gotten extremely ridiculous, though.
I honestly think pulling over cars in traffic stops should be banned in most locations. It's dangerous for both parties involved, and the other motorists.
Traffic stops are a net negative on society.

Squatted pickups are just a mirror of their owner. They walk the same exact way after getting absolutely railed in the arse every night.

eem to notice pretty stock Chevy's with blinding white lights.
I would venture to say that as many as 30% of personally owned HD trucks sold in Louisiana get leveling kits installed very early in life, without headlight angles getting corrected.
Leveling kits are galacticaly stupid and somehow manage to find their ways into so many trucks.

And the older I get, the harder those damned LED’s are on me at night.
I'm finding that simple drop lights that I use when working on my cars are way to bright.
The Daylight LEDs they use are so blinding you can't see what you're doing.
Even the low setting casts light that is way too bright.

Yeah that’s exactly what people are complaining about lately. It’s not just that LEDs are brighter, it’s that a lot of them are poorly aimed or thrown into housings designed for old halogen bulbs. So instead of a controlled beam you get that blast straight at eye level, especially from lifted or squatted trucks where the angle is totally off. Properly installed LEDs with projector housings and correct alignment aren’t nearly as blinding, but tons of aftermarket setups skip that step. It ends up being less about the tech and more about bad installs and ride height changes that never get re aimed.
