For about 12 years I ate the same thing for breakfast every day during the week: a Clif Bar and 3 cups of black coffee. I think they changed the recipe on CLif Bars recently and they have more sugar now because I start to crash around 9:30.
So I've switched to an Oatmega Bar, a cheese stick, and 3 cups of black coffee. It seems to have enough fat and protein to keep me going until 11:15 when I usually try to eat lunch.

Caffeinated diet soda and a granola bar for breakfast.
Coffee and granola bar at 10am.
Then I'm not starving and ordering a large pizza for lunch.

Oatmeal at work M-F with coffee....cereal bar & coffee on the weekends. Add one pc butter, honey & French vanilla creamer to the oatmeal along with two Splenda. My diet goes downhill the rest of the day.

I used to not eat breakfast until I got my diet right finally. I despise the texture and flavor of oats in general, but I finally found a way that I like to eat it. Now every morning I have a cup of dry oats mixed with plain greek yogurt and a touch of raw honey.

You can make a big effing pot of coffee, but you don't make a glass of water.
I think it's the BS that holds you over. Water doesn't do anything to fill you up or provide any nutrients.

How do some of you not eat breakfast? I can't function if I don't.
On my super early mornings I just drink a protein shake then eat a mid morning snack a couple of hours later. Either a Kind bar, Quest bar, some peanuts, or something of the like.
If I have more time, like this morning, I'll eat a couple pieces of bacon and 2 or 3 eggs.
And of course coffee.

I'm never hungry enough for breakfast for hours after I wake up but I love breakfast food.
So that's why I drink a tall glass of water and do a line of coke.

Everyone is saying what they usually eat for breakfast, so how about what I rarely eat but is definitely the favorite...
Rare rib eye, sunny side up eggs, hash browns, and some wheat toast on the side. That's a meal. Oh, can't forget the high pulp OJ and the black coffee.

Typically an egg and a couple pieces of bacon or ham + some fruit and coffee and water. I used to never eat breakfast. Now I have no idea how I ever did that.

Coffee and either cereal or oatmeal. If I have time, then I'll scramble some eggs. If you don't have time, just get like a cliff bar or granola bar and some yogurt

Denver style breakfast burritos.
Eggs, bacon, potatoes, cheese, and GREEN chili. Once you try a good one (frick Santiago's), it'd unlike anything else.

I make a smoothie usually looking something like this
1 banana
handful of greens (spinach/kale)
