I don't do it personally. I dress somewhat similar to that at times, again, minus the shoes and the monogrammed shirt, and don't really give a frick. I'm confident in my sexuality, and chicks dig it. Beats the common joe khakis and golf shirt.

Trying too hard
Lose the shoes, pocket square, and monogrammed shirt.
Belt buckle is borderline.
Also, button the shirt up another button, or make it look less spread out.
The pants and jacket combo is nice though. Maybe a little darker jacket. You could probably find a better shirt also, to be honest.
