Shrevport’s skyline is actually fairy impressive until you realize half the buildings are abandoned

I am kind of partial to Pittsburgh
You took mine. But of course I'm partial b/c it's home.
Here's another shot:
Also, here's a video of coming out of the Ft.Pitt tunnel and seeing the skyline right on top of you. The only city with an entrance:

US: NYC or Miami
Outside the US: At this point, most modern Asian cities have skylines that dwarf any US skyline. NYC and Chicago are small skylines compared to the ones I’ve seen in Asia. Despite thatttt, I’m going with Melbourne, Australia for my favorite.

I like Miami, don’t think I’ve seen it mentioned
Coming from Miami Beach

I've seen Shanghai in person, same with Vancouver. Both look much prettier in a picture than in person.
Chicago is a great one.
NYC is still my favorite. I love it from every angle. I love looking at it from the plane coming in, from Jersey, from the statue of liberty, and from the Brooklyn Bridge, and it doesn't need to be nighttime to hide the shittiness to make it pretty (like Vancouver), as NYC looks special night or day.
I would rather eat somewhere on the outskirts of Manhattan, on the water, overlooking the city, than in Manhattan itself. It's fun to be on the outside looking in from that close at a lowkey quiet place knowing how crazy busy it is just across the water in the city.

Nothing beats flying into Chicago on a clear day when you circle over lake before coming in for landing

Visually impressive like Atlanta when driving in from the west and you crest a hill and the whole city is just there in front of you.
Underrated comment.
Especially on a clear day.

I was thinking the same.
Lake Chuck pre Laura was peak Lake Charles.

Youtube shows me a lot of city skyline videos for whatever reasons.
The consensus in the videos is that Pittsburgh is the most underrated and pound-for-pound might be the best, while Miami is the most polarizing.

I always have to laugh at OKC every time I’m there, especially if they build that monstrosity they’re planning.
“Devon’s giant middle finger”
I always thought Calgary had a cool one for a smaller city, especially with the Saddledome and mountain background similar to Denver

When we went to Calgary last July I immediately compared it to Denver. They aren't quite as close to the Rockies as Denver is but everything else is similar

Chicago has done the best city planning job when it comes to their shoreline.
