I think Louisiana as a whole has lost a lot of friendliness in the last decade or so. It was one of the reasons I came back from Texas. Now I wish I would have stayed.

Not sure about least friendly but I went to LSU and lived in BR for 7 years, and I can count on one hand the amount of people FROM Baton Rouge that I actually liked.
