I got ribs on the grill/smoker right now.. After that some monster chicken breasts go on.. While I put the smoked ribs in the oven on low and bathe them in sauce.. Went to Aldi's and got some of their coleslaw and steakhouse potato salad... The salads came highly recommended so the first time having them..

Being I will be down for weeks from knee replacement surgery I smoked two meatloaf's, two slabs of ribs, Conecuh sausage and a brisket. A lot of this will be put in the freezer.

I asked my wife and daughter yesterday what they wanted me to grill for the 4th. and they both said burgers and hotdogs, the Independence Day classic. So, that’s what I did.
