I prefer a beach you can drive on LOL....load the truck with everything but the kitchen sink and spend daylight til they run you off...tailgating on the beach can be fun. Carrying that shite is brutal.

St Augustine is an elite spot as well for this very reason

Nothing says fun like paying for an overpriced condo, having to sweat your balls off hauling a wagon full of junk down to the beach, only to sit there for about 2-3 hours before everyone has enough sand time and goes sit by the pool. I can spend all day at the beach, so can my toddler. At the end of the day she is defeated and passes out. I also mooch a condo so that makes it a lot cheaper for us. If we had to pay for everything, we'd go to Mexico over Florida

This thread includes lots of fat, lazy people who struggle to carry their body weight on a regular day.
I can respect the fact that some people despise sand, prefer not to be in the sun, etc.; however, if you are complaining only about the effort it takes to spend time on the beach with kids, then you are either too fat to have fun outside regardless of locale and/or your kids are pieces of shite.

Hahah, this is a terrible assessment of my post.
The post was purely judgemental of others, not defensive of myself. I've seen these miserable people on the beach, and they are typically fat with terribly behaved fat children.
