Even unattractive women can have perky tits. Thinner and athletic unattractive women anyway. Just don't look below the neck.

Neither. This isn't a new "recommendation". A 0.3" lift in perkiness from not wearing a bra is not substantial enough to make it worthwhile.

And I'm curious if it takes into consideration whether you're a women who exercises or not. Because I can't even imagine working out without one. That'd be incredibly painful and I can't imagine would be good for the elasticity in your breast tissue.
