Well other than a hypocrite. You must have short term memory loss with all the inaccuracies you've posted in this thread.

Yes. You’re right. I did call you a hypocrite but didn’t feel the need to rub it in.

The whole incident wasn't directed at anyone in particular and calmed down pretty quickly, but it was incredibly inappropriate. The worst thing about this is this woman is a supervisor so she needs to be setting an example for all the regular employees. As it's a liberal company I kept my mouth shut. With that said, since it is a large company, we have a corporate HR line that is anonymous. For the first time I used that to lodge a formal complaint about the female employee. The indicated that it would take several weeks to investigate and that there would be resolution by August 1st. They gave me an incident number to reference since I was submitting the complaint anonymously. With that said, I don't know if I trust corporate HR to actually do anything. I am considering sending an anonymous e-mail to our Area Leader as well. Giving the Area Leader a complete account of what happened and why I considered it workplace misconduct and a hostile working environment.

Did anything that happen today impact productivity other than your feewings - just those gweat big feeeeweings - getting hurt?

HR only cares about company productivity.

You will be looking for another job in 2 months. Book it.

From your own projections because you are too simple to understand that a person can agree with something and still know its bad form to discuss it in certain situations.

Look I know all the guys at the plant are Trump guys and there's no professionalism, but it's not like that at places where people can read more than a gauge

Are you digging through my post history or do I make that much of an impression on you?

If the situation was reversed and he was complaining about an HR complaint made against him because a liberal woman didn’t like his rant about Hillary or AOC or whatever you’d make some sort of obligatory “she’s a bitch” remark and then go on and on about how he’s a dumbass for bring it up in the workplace.

English please.

I suppose you have to ask yourself how safe a space you really need.

Is it really that terrible that someone said a one off dumb political comment? It’s not what I’d be risking a job over. Or waste the time over.

Damn yall are both annoying as frick.

Maybe even more annoying than people who feel compelled to talk politics at work and people who feel personally offended by that and send anonymous complaints to their employer about people talking politics at work.

Well it appears that her seniority as a supervisor out weighs your seniority so you should keep your damn mouth shut.

You office baws sure are fricking sensitive. Christ on a cracker she made a dimwitted political comment and now you're out for her job?

For all those times you've said the word snowflake in your life, that's the path you're going to take?

Gosh Betsy, you would be very helpful in a bar fight.

The term “Area Leader” sounds positively 1984-ish, or Cub/Boy Scout-related.
