A buddy of mine apparently has a trinidad scorpion pepper sitting in his fridge. He asked me if I wanted to try it. I told him hell no. He tried one a while back and said he was incapacitated for a few hours. Thought he could handle it because he likes spicy stuff, but he was really just out of his depth. Said he had a euphoric experience like he was on some kind of drug.

Go ahead. We were eating wings at my cousins on eclipse day, and I brought a bottle of habenero sauce. His buddy said if I liked hot sauce, he had a bottle in his truck for me to try. I put a nickle size dot on my plate and dabbed the wing. 0-200mph in a nanosecond. Looked at the label & it said 6 million scoville (made from extracts). That was hottest shite I've ever had. It came with a coke spoon and said to use 1 spoon per 3 gallons of chile. Tried it 4-5 more times, but it was hard to get use to.

Don't know what that is, but I've eaten a Bhut jolokia ghost pepper. I lasted 4 and a half minutes before I had to raid the kitchen and eat/drink anything to get the pain away.
That pain in my mouth then became a pain in my throat, then stomach, then a-hole.
6/10 probably wouldn't do again.

I ate half of a raw habanero once and it was horrifically bad. I think your pepper would be even worse.

^ This is bad advice. Water and beer both actually intensify the heat. You want MILK when eating such hot things. I'll eat a whole jar of pickled jalapenos by themselves, but no I wouldn't eat a ghost pepper on its own.

Water does intensify it but alcohol will help
