Hope it works better than Tamiflu, where the cure is worse than the disease.

I have never experienced any side effects from Tamiflu. A lot of people have but not me. Tamiflu takes several days to work vs Xofluza working in less than 24 hours. I might feel good enough to go deer hunting in the morning.

I thought science had found the cure for flu back in 2020. Didn't it disappear?

Wish I'd known about it. I've been laid up since Saturday with the flu. Still feel like shite right now.

Yes it is. Same company that makes Tamiflu.

Maybe it's just placebo effect, but I took my first dose of tamiflu two hours ago and I'm feeling noticeably better.

My 11mo old tested positive for Flu A yesterday. She barfed the frothy meds. So doubt they do much good.

My doctor gave me a coupon for Xofluza. I think I paid around $30 after insurance and the coupon. It's literally 1 pill. I felt better within a few hours but practically normal within 24 hours.

I haven't gotten a flu shot in several years, and haven't gotten the flu anyway. My doctor said the flu shot wouldn't have mattered with the strain I got.

I had never gotten Covid until last year and it whipped my arse.

I don't even know what do anymore.

My 6 year old popped postive for flu a around 6pm and sent his doc a message and a photo of the pic. He sent in a script for xofluza and i just gave it to him. Hoping by the am he is feeling better. Poor bug is miserable right now.

Fwiw u had the flu about a month ago and paid 35 bucks with my insurance and i have United Healthcare. Today it was 80 because it was cheaper for husband to put son on his insurance and he has Blue Cross and frick blue cross blue shield.

one of the side effects is that it makes you gay

Fortunately for him he already had those side effects so he didn't have to experience for the first time.

Paid $103 for it last week with insurance at CVS.
Paid $35.00 for it yesterday at a hospital pharmacy.

They had some coupon there.

So far I’m not impressed with its efficacy, I followed the instructions specifically. The dos and the don’ts.

My doc said it generally works faster to relieve symptoms for most people BUT not for everyone.

Dammit.

expensive as frick worth every penny vs tamiflu.

That’s what I tell people, too. Got it for my daughter this year. It was about $100 after insurance and website coupon. She felt like shite and had 102 fever before. After, she was right as rain. Totally worth it

I had nothing by mouth for ~12 hours before and nothing (other than several waters) for over 4 hours after taking it.
