Some people are so weird about food that they forget that people also eat for enjoyment.
If you enjoy breakfast, eat breakfast. Be healthy, yadda, yadda, yadda, but don’t obsess over it to the point you go on a tirade about people eating a meal.

Is their lunch line better?

Yeh it’s dumb. Every morning like clockwork I have one piece of toast , one egg, one deer sausage patty
Calories: ~280
• Protein: 23 g
• Carbs: 15–16 g
• Fat: 15 g
That isn’t going to make me fat or anything else. It’s barely a dent. Most people are the same. Breakfast is the least likely culprit making people fat
Hoenstly no meal is the main culprit. It’s constant snacking and drinking (comes, alcohol, etc). That’s the calories that add up the most

Sorry I haven't read the thread, but know you might get some pushback here. Louisiana is a top 5 fattest state.

It’s calories in vs. calories out. If you are active enough, you can eat three sensible meals a day and maintain a healthy weight.
Normal portions is my only add to this.
"Processed food" is everywhere, and isn't that big of deal if you do everything else.
" Active enough" should also include regular exercise, but I assume that's what you meant.

I did.
Breakfast is a when you eat, not what you eat.

I eat breakfast everyday and my BMI is below 25.

I usually don’t eat until 10:30 with a quick meal before my lifting session but I would be lying if I said I wouldn’t destroy some steak and eggs before a day on the water.

Most of America would probably be better eating breakfast and skipping dinner, but eating dinner type foods at breakfast.
I am in the workout early and need the calories portion

Hit your protein target throughout the day and try to spread it out.
What you’re saying is contradictory.
I have a protein target of 180g to 200g per day. In order to spread that out as much as possible, why would I not start at breakfast?
By limiting your eating to 10 hours or eight hours a day, you are by default condensing the time you have to consume that protein.
And if eating that breakfast, keeps me from being hungry and over eating at a later meal, how would that be a negative?

Could we have kippers for breakfast,
Mummy dear, Mummy dear?
They got to have 'em in Texas,
'Cause everyone's a millionaire

The problem is what people are eating for breakfast, not breakfast itself.

The low blood sugar tone of this post at 8:25am is exactly why breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day.
