No I am not. I am pointing out that, like banning "Assault Rifles", they are pointing to a problem that isn't a problem. There were a little over 200 deaths with rifles of any type (prejorative "assault rifles" included) in this country last year. There is no problem.

This thread went from stupid to 3/4 retard. You should edit the title to delete so everyone else gets in on the fun.

And Broke if you are wondering why people are so sensitive its because we get blamed every time some jackoff goes on a shooting spree and it costs us shite tons of money that we would rather be spending killing fluffy, tasty woodland creatures.

Pretty sure it's mainly cops that do this, at least in America.

But explosives still exist, obviously. You can only fire ammunition through a device that contains the detonation of the cartridge. But anyone can make an explosive with things off the shelf, granted they may not be as potent as other materials.

And to the average person who doesn't know, the crime rate is 50% of what it was in 1992, despite the enacting of armed concealed carry.

Thank you!

Refer to Hypnos's very well-thought out response. I'm sick of good gun owners, millions of them mind you, being blamed for the acts of a few psychos. There were millions of gun owners who didn't slay 26 people at a school last December, but they are being treated like they did.

Can you explain this? I am a hunter and gun owner. I've never experienced a loss of hunting time or had the acts impact my wallet.

Seriously? You can honestly say with a straight face that you have not had a financial impact on your hunting or shooting activities in the past year? Set aside everything else, ammo prices alone have skyrocketed.

And many of us are shelling out money in an attempt to defend the constitutional rights that are clearly under threat as demonstrated by New York, Colorado, and the agenda of the President himself.

Your average hunter will never notice the increase in ammo prices.

My old man is an advid hunter of all things. He probably throws 100 licks a year.

Financial impact

Shotgun shells stayed the same. Shot several boxes.
Arrows stayed the same.
Already had .22 and .17 ammo
Don't buy AK/AR ammo, so no affect whatsoever, except to marvel at the idiocy of the prepper feeding frenzy. I got rifle bullets that are 10+ years old b/c I bow hunt only.

The high prices didnt bother me one bit. Only issue I had was not finding 22 billets when I needed them but that had nothing to do with assault weapon bans or high capacity mags. It was the peepers and nut jobs buying up everything they came across
