I know I’m probably in the minority here, but I dislike the level kits on an F150. I don’t think they look right. Especially when a boat or other trailer is hooked up. Because then it looks like

Likes:
-1.5" level kit
- BFG AT KO2 tires
- Husky truck mats
- Husky rear wheelwell liners
- Center console upgrade in my f150 XLT.

Dislikes:
- Engine auto on/off. It is so annoying in summer having to turn it off on the dash every time I get in the truck because the AC keeps turning off at red lights.

Is there no permanent turn off? My wife's car has it, but under my profile, it doesn't do it anymore.

As far as I know there isn't. If it were mine I'd ring up a relay behind the switch to auto click the button after starting.

That is the worst feature on new vehicles to me. Can't put into words how stupid it is.

Not on my 2015. Maybe in later models they installed a way to do it. I've seen a video where they install some sort of relay behind the dash that can turn it off, but I'm not going to go to that trouble.

What's the deal with bed rails?

I had to have them in high school, but do they serve any actual purpose?

Trucks have massage seats these days? No wonder they're asking 50k for them these days. You baws are driving around in a spa.

I don't have most of that in my '17 F150. I have a XLT Screw with the sport package. Paid right at 30k.

A basic XL ford or Wt Chevy carries many of the features middle trim trucks did in the 90s and can be had under 30 all day. New trucks really are not expensive unless you option them out that way.

What are yalls likes/dislikes for upgrades?

On my personal Tundra, I bought it used with a 4" lift and 35" mud tires so that upgrade was taken care of for me. The TSS package came with nerf bars.

I added:

A Warn winch and aftermarket grill. Maybe my most liked upgrade.

A RollingLock bed cover. Pretty damn useful.

Nice seat covers since I spill shite all the time.

on my Tundra... likes: backup camera... makes it easy to hook on to the boat solo, bed liner, bluetooth.... don't know how I ever lived without it

Dislikes:

really nothing except my blacked out rims are hard to keep clean.

need to add a level kit and bolt on fender flares at some point.
