I agree with you on the doe wackage and respect your plan to improve your situation. I used to get pissed when the neighbors shot but no longer. It’s not worth worrying about.

We have the most intense hunting pressure around us than ever.

I agree with you that I have better and more important things to worry about. My kid just told me they have a project due at school Friday...at 7:45pm just now.

No such thing as a cull, we have beat that dead horse a thousand times. That’s another thing people use to justify pulling the trigger!

Anyone know on cell service there? I have Verizon. I downloaded an offline map on OnX so I’ll be good with that but what about texting/calling from the woods?

Lmao. Lancaster won't lease shite to you. Also, have you ever killed a mature deer in your life? The answer to that question is no. So shut the frick up.

I drove to Davis Sunday. Saw my first bear in a green field just past the land fill.

As much time as you’ve spent in the woods, that is amazing that it took 50+ years. I wish you would’ve been with me when I saw the Mom and two cubs in the pecan tree at BCNWR. First time for me to see a Louisiana black bear. I did see one in Yosemite, and several in Glacier NP.
