I have one son. He gets everything except for the guns that I’ve bought for his sisters. They can have them.

Since others list specifics, have a sweet 16 that was my grandfather’s, BPS that was my favorite uncle’s, and a 10/22 my mother gave my father on their first anniversary in 76 that he will get. The rest are all borderline replaceable.

Two.

Colt Combat Commander, late 70's, in 9 mm.

French Ruby pistol carried by my father after German surrender when US troops in Germany had to be armed. His issue weapon was a BAR. A Spanish rip off of Browning 1903.

32” full choke Remington Wingmaster; and lord knows what I’ve killed with it, stupid numbers and first 11 deer…Has never had work, never missed a beat. Some lucky kid will never know what and where that gun has been…..Handed down from dad, others got his Belgium Brownings, but nothing compares to this gun IMO…..

1960 Remington Nylon 66 my dad gave me. Won it in the Cameron Fishing Rodeo. I intend to give it to my first grandson, Luke.

All I inherited from my father was a Marlin bolt action .410 he ordered from Sears in the 60’s. I’ve never shot it as it’s not in great shape.

I’ve picked up this and that over the years. I’ve tried to collect a few pieces that will be heirlooms. The prize will be my Heym 89B 450/400 Nitro Express double rifle. As my son also shoots southpaw it’s my sincere hope that he takes it to Africa one day as I did.

We’ve got a little cache together. My wife’s father had an 80’s era Weatherby Orion we’ve restored. I’ve also tried to pick up a few classics. I’ve got a 1949 Winchester 94 30-30. A 60’s era Savage 99 in 300 Savage. An early Marlin 1895 in 45-70. A 70’ era Japanese made Browning Humpback Magnum Twelve. A Browning BSS side by side. I’m a Weatherby guy so I’ve got the 257, 6.5-300, 300, 340 and 416 tucked away too.

I’ve also accepted that the kids may not cherish them as I do. They’ll be at a pawn shop as soon as I pass away. LOL

A Marlin Golden Model 39A Mountie and a S&W Model 28 6”.

These are my Dad’s favorite guns that he has gifted to me. He can no longer handle the S&W, but we had some great times shooting that gun over the years, it is such a pure sidearm if you like revolvers.

I have no idea how many rounds and squirrels have been shot with that Marlin, but it’s still in good shape, and the Old Man is still pretty sharp with it.

There are more valuable pieces in the safes, but these are the most special to me. I love the utility of both guns.

Winchester model 97 (I believe) pump action 12 gauge that was my Grandads. It's at my parent's for now but it is technically mine just stored in my dads safe. My dad also has an old Marlin 30/30 lever action that will be mine... He will leave me all of his stuff and its all good but all fairly newer for the most part... the 12 gauge is the antique. No clue what it's worth but a gun guy I know said easily probably a grand.
I also have an old muzzleloader that was my Father-In-Laws dad's that he gave me. I honestly can't remember without looking at it what brand it is. I've kept in put up and never even shot it but his other son in law did kill a doe with it at my place several years back so it's pretty cool how many different men on that side of the family have had it.

My dad was not a hunter so only passed down a 1960s Benjamin pellet gun and a Marlin .22 bolt rifle from the 1970s.

Every gun I’ve bought will go to my son but I don’t buy pricey guns Bc I’m cheap.

A pair of Winchester Model 88's in .308. My Dad and his Uncle that lived with them and was really like an older brother bought them back in the 70's. They have been our deer rifles ever since. I now have the one that was the Uncles and will give the one that is Dad's to my son. Also have a Winchester 1200 that is the first gun I ever bought. Those are the only ones that have any sentimental attachment. Like others have said I never plan on selling any of my other firearms so he will get them too.

Several that have meaning to me.

A browning SA22. It was the first brand new gun my dad ever bought, my uncle picked it up from the PX right after he got back from Vietnam. Uncle was killed by a drunk boater soon after.

2 model 97 Winchesters in 12ga. One was my grandpas and one was dads. Grandpas is a fixed modified choke, dads has changeable chokes. It looks like a ported muzzle break with threads in the end. Was actually banned from turkey shoots in the Mountain Home area for a while with it because XFull was a rarity.

Also still have my grandpas S&W model 66 combat magnum. Still have the box, paperwork and wax paper that it came in.

San Giorgio double barrel .410
Made in Italy circa 1960. My dad gave it to me and I will pass it to my son eventually. Beautiful hand made, hand engraved with the rabbit ears and double triggers. Has our family initials on the butt plate. I have never really shot it much. Not my usual type of gun.

I have a 50th anniversary Ducks Unlimited youth model savage 20ga pump that I won in a skeet shooting contest almost 35 years ago. I only chambered a round once just to make sure it worked. Never fired.

One side of the receiver has an engraved marsh with ducks taking flight, the other side is a big 50 and the DU logo.

Gold sights and a gold trigger.

One of my sons will inherit it.

I also will inherit some old guns from my dad that he inherited from his dad.
