I never understood bass boats
It's so organized and comfortable to fish out of a bass boat. They are designed really well to fish out of. Problem is, I don't fresh water fish much. I'd love it if a boat company would make a bay boat/flats boat that has as much storage and organization as a bass boat, but still be able to handle the salt water / open bay environment. Lake and Bay comes close.

I would buy a slightly used worldcat 29 / 33 and use the spare money off the $100k to put in a lift.

I would use all of the 100k and owe some towards a 31 cape horn center console with 300 yamahas on it.

I currently fish from a kayak, so basically anything is an upgrade.
I'm pretty easy to please. $40k should easily buy a used 24' bay boat of my liking. Rig it with good electronics, power poles, nice trolling motor and I'm set.
Use extra money to buy a decent lot in Grand Isle and set it up basically as an RV spot. Big slab, power, giant awning with screened in room. Good enough.

Man, i think of bluewave as an old school brand but man, they sure putting out a pretty arse boat that seems pretty reasonable.
Yeah, These things look bad arse. They are kind of light... I'm not sure how well they will take rougher seas, but as far a fit and finish go they look awesome. Anyone know what these thing go for new?

Used Everglades 243. Probably cost around 60k. Spend the rest on updating electronics to include iPilot, powerpoles, big touchscreen simrads.

I don't think I'd want the +2 part.
I'd probably get an XB21 xst and spend the rest on tackle and a shed to keep it in.
