It shouldn't purchase a damned thing above/beyond what WIC does.
Additionally, if my HSA/FSA card could be hard-coded to purchase only allowable items, why can't the SNAP debit cards be done the same way once the junk food, edible underwear & Nespresso machine pods are eliminated from the list?
