Your title is misleading. Mississippi has approximately 15,000 hospital beds with approximately 1,500 of those being covid patients (as reported at 3PM yesterday). They are saying that 97% of those 1,500 are not vaccinated. Have no idea if the 97% number is correct nor the 1,500 is correct. Hell, the 15,000 number may be off as many rural hospitals are struggling to stay open and having to shut down entire wings due to no patients or lack of staff.

What if the son did not vaccinated and was more careful around the old people. Or if he caught it would be symptomatic and know something is wrong since asymptomatic can spread it as well.

I want to know of the 97% how many of them already caught Covid in the first wave. My wife caught Covid in 2020 but has not gotten the vaccination. This would be a great stat to know but it is never given to us.

Uh yeah because they are kicking every patient out who isn’t a non vaccinated Covid patient. Just ask my dad who was tossed out on his elderly arse from Baptist Jackson this week with pneumonia.
