The way to get geographical autonomy is complete non cooperation with the federal government. Pass laws that prevent any state and local officials from assisting the feds in any way. If the feds try to withhold funds because of this we sue. California already set this precedent.
Then pass laws that severely restrict military recruiters from all red state schools. Actively discourage reds from joining the military. Disband the national guard structure and decouple state forces from federal command. State guards can then be resurrected to deal with emergencies and disasters.
I could go on but a simpler way to put it is that we do what the leftist states have done for decades. They pioneered this tactic and it has brought the nation to near ruin. When they take power we can let them know what ungovernable really means.

MAGA is probably around 12-15% nationwide at best. Maybe up to 30% in deep south but nowhere near a majority.

I actually like this idea. The division is too severe to ever repair. Dems would be "Nation A". Republicans would constitute "Nation B". You can have 2 virtual nations comprised of like-minded people (don't have to be contiguous states). Let the Democrats have exactly what they wanted all along.
