I don’t care about the victim. I do care that the state of Georgia makes it clear that you can’t chase down people with guns and end up killing them in the street. This is important to me as a citizen of this state. I don’t care if he’s stolen their most precious possession on earth just prior to that. Their actions led to a man dying. People need to know that they will be punished if they do something similar

main difference: GZ never pointed a gun at Trayvon prior to Trayvon attacking
second main different: Trayvon doubled back and attacked GZ, which made him the aggressor. nothing like that happened here

Because in almost every instance justice is swift. The outrage around these cases is due to the lack of arrests and any form of justice...which only comes with the national attn.

They’re doing a memorial run here in the St. Louis area for Ahmaud. It’s a little embarrassing. But if the soccer moms feel better running a 5k, I guess that’s their prerogative.

This- it all gets back to the media now has ammunition to say- "See, white man still bad, white man still racist". They find one case out of how many to try & stoke the racism fire, yet any other case of black on white crime/murder is not mentioned, or they try to exclude 'color' in that case. It's a pity it took so much national coverage to draw enough attention to this travesty that has now got the wheels in motion to bring justice to these two idiots!

Oh God many of the FB Karens took a break from the Wubonic Plague and focused on this yesterday. Two of the gushiest posts I read were from a teacher and a nurse BTW.
The early handling of this thing was a travesty and personally I think it will (and should) cost two DA friends of mine their jobs at the voting polls. But, the thing is on the right track now. A competent DA has it and a competent agency can follow any remaining leads and handle any follow up left to be done.
Let’s move on.

You had a point until you put this one on there. Alton Sterling was not confronted by police for selling CDs. He was approached by officers responding to two complaint calls to 911 for a man who had pulled a gun on the caller in the parking lot. He refused to cooperate with the officers and in the struggle he attempted to pull that gun.
I know that story does not sit well with the SJWs on here but that story was confirmed by the evidence. The caller was not anonymous and testified and identified AS.

It's as if you've lived on a deserted island with no TV and no Internet access....
People are STILL feigning outrage and capitalizing on the Trayvon Martin hoax.
We've seen HUNDREDS of cases of clear-cut "good kills" by Law enforcement be Protested by the usual suspects and shoved down our throats by the Media.
