What? You're not this dense; you’re trying to quell rational discussion by tap dancing around with semantics. Common sense regulations to protect us from big tech were going into effect. Trump changed our course, and prevented that from happening. That’s what the “thing he signed” changed. He’s been an ally to big tech in his actions. I don’t know what else to tell you.

Trump stopped the regulations that would stop big tech from tracking us. They were already tracking us - it was going to change - but it didn’t.
