Time to quit buying from Amazon. There are other companies we can order from. We just have to put in a little work. I for one will probably just be old fashioned and drive to the store!
Alternatively, use Amazon as the product finder, and often you can buy directly from the store that is shown as the Amazon result.
Even better, using PayPal you can frequently easily checkout without setting up individual accounts at these retailer sites.

Ebay owns pay pal. I thought we hated eBay too. Please don't take out your frustrations on your Amazon delivery driver. I can see a bunch of you wackos blaming the driver for Trumps loss.

Nobody said anything when they silenced Alex Jones.
Now he is set up on his own network so he can say “I told you so” to everybody else getting the axe.

Then setup an individual account with that business if you prefer? I was giving a simple/similar workflow Amazon-workaround.

I was researching this for items we frequently buy through Amazon. The issue I run into is that I'd have to pay for shipping and lose 5% cash back when I use a Prime or Discover card. That all starts to add up to hundreds and hundreds of dollars a year in savings.
There is part of me that wants to cut off Amazon and the rest of these companies. The other part of me knows that it would lead to increased costs and reduced services.
Bottom line is these companies have successfully integrated themselves so deep into our society that if we don't use them we get cut off and segregated from society. Step #1 of the playbook, BTW.

"We see in our records that you ordered a Make America Great Again hat and a Trump 2020 yard sign using your Debit card. We can no longer in good conscience allow you to utilize our services. Therefore, as of 11:59 PM last night, all of your accounts have been frozen and any lines of credit you have with us have been eliminated. The credit limit on any cards you have with us is now zero. Any funds you have on deposit with us are no longer able to be accessed by you and will, in due time, be distributed to parties of our choosing. This is non-negotiable, and no appeal may be made. Thank you for using Bank of America for all of your banking needs."
Last Summer, my wife tried to wire some money from our account to a fund set up by Miles Guo (Kwok). Miles is working with Steve Bannon to fight the CCP. Our bank refused to make the transfer and two months later closed all of our accounts with them - with no notice. I tried to use my debit card one day and it would not work. The bank would not give me an explanation, but the attempted transfer to Miles was the only thing out of the ordinary that we did with any of the accounts.

I get what you are saying. If there was an alternative service to use that isn't Big Tech I'd do it. As of now we are one family, insignificant to Amazon and Big Tech, but not using these services is costly to individual families.
This is what I meant about being separated from society.

Right. These thought crimes are being punished by “private” entities over which we have no control

You’re right. We really need an alternate to Amazon from a product sourcing perspective. I mentioned the other day that I’d be glad to contribute resources to create a competitor.
