It was obvious when she was being considered. Or should have been to anyone with any sense. Trump owns this frick up.
Really? I remember during her confirmation hearings, everyone on here loved her. I remember that picture of her holding up the blank pad was pasted all over this board, and everyone was enthralled with her during the whole hearing.
Sounded like people on here were oblivious to her true ideals as well...

I'm not getting the outrage over this ruling. If the funding was approved (whether anyone agrees with that funding or not doesn't factor in here) and the work was done, why shouldn't the funds be paid?
This ruling in no way impacts the freeze on USAID funding, nor the disbursement of funds for new projects. You don't have to like what the money is going to, but under the rules of the game it is owed because the work had already been completed.

I don't know about that. Judge Cannon is not a Liberal Deepstate supporting Globalist. ACB not only had multiple red flags but looks like a typical Liberal woman. There are stereotypes for a reason....Its because they are true

This was a procedural decision, not a decision on the merits. There is a hearing tomorrow on the request for a preliminary injunction. This one is a long way from over and it remains to be seen where she will land when it comes time to make a decision on the merits.

The DOGE tweets calling out spending are meant to embarrass Congress and the Fed Agencies in preparation for the NEXT budget fight. The past budgets, payments and fraud are history.
Alito's response is sort of disingenuous, whether a Fed Dist Court can over ride a POTUS Exec Order was not the basis of the lawsuit. Honoring payment for work already done from money appropriated by Congress was the basis and I agree with the ruling. Just because the POTUS changed doesnt change the terms of the deal made by the previous Admin and Congress. Pay the bill and cut it out of the next Appropriations Bill.

Trump’s nomination of her combined with the left’s resistance to her nomination should have rid her of any TDS. This tells me she is not mentally stable.

Legend in what mind?
What are high when trying to defend here????
What work was performed?
By whom?
For what?
Did it get funneled back to offshore accounts of the elites in DC?
Frick that!!!
I have seen enough evidence to NOT TRUST $1 of my taxes to be spent on legit things that effect my life in a positive way!
ANYTHING THAT HAS NOT BEEN PAID TO NGO/USAID is a good thing, and you should just Donate your entire life’s savings and money earned to the cause. BUT NOT ME!

I'm not sure I want a rubber stamp for the party. How can we claim to be any better than dems?
If two sides are in a contest and one hamstrings themselves with rules and constraints that the other side doesn't, they'll lose every time.
The "be the bigger person" mentality has gotten the right trampled by the left for 30 years until now. The only way to bury them is to fight fire with fire.
