With the cuckness of the SCOTUS I would not hang my hat on this . Some people live pay check to pay check and need their jobs . What happens if they never take it up or chose to hear the argument although they should because it’s complete tyranny . I personally don’t have confidence in the court.

I think this could be the basis for a lawsuit.
Now that we know vaccinated individuals carry the virus at high levels, the pretense that this is about spread would force everyone to be tested.
Instead of suing to drop testing, someone needs to sue to require all employees be tested...at the cost of the business.

I work for Shell offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. We have been testing prior to each trip offshore since this mess started. They tried to change that policy to vaccine or test for unvaccinated about a month ago. That did not stand and they reverted to everyone being tested prior to going offshore. However, they said they would no longer pay for the test after October. Then after Biden came out with him Communistic mandate statement Shell released a statement stating they are considering a VACCINE OR FIRED POLICY!!! At no time through any of this have they been willing to accept an atibodies test result!! Communism is running rampant!!!
