Any details on how Alex Pretti interfered with Border Patrol?

Bovino and Noem were clear: Pretti crossed the line from exercising his First Amendment rights
to illegally interfer with Border Patrol Agents. From what we can see in the videos, Pretti doesn't do anything more than the two women who were shoved. Were those women arrested for interference? There are reports that "witnesses were in custody. Maybe it's those two.
I know it's not the best source but here are the details from Wikipedia.
Wiki: Killing of Alex Pretti
"According to Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino, the federal agents involved in the shooting were conducting an operation to detain an undocumented immigrant with a "significant criminal history".[23] Minnesota court and the Minnesota Department of Corrections records contradicted Bovino's claim: no person of the name given by Bovino had any criminal history in Minnesota, only misdemeanor-level traffic offenses from more than a decade ago.[24]
A witness in a doughnut shop near the location of the incident told news outlets that a man entered the shop and the door was locked, denying federal agents entry.[needs update?] This reportedly caused federal agents to call for backup and become aggressive toward observers, including Pretti.[25]"

I’ve seen video of him actively trying to create a barrier in the street by directing vehicles.

1. Perhaps the "undocumented immigrant" had a history elsewhere?
2. Are misdemeanor traffic offenses not crimes? So MN says he has no criminal history (with them), just a few crimes (with them)?

In the video he is in the road directing traffic to impede ICE. He is asked to leave the road, but he returns to the road. The women were also impeding ICE, when officers tried to move them to,the sidewalk Pretti pushes one in the back and then gets between officers and one of the women. Again impeding them. He is then sperated and taken down to ground all the while resisting arrest, At the same time he has a pistol and 30-50 rounds on his person. While he has neither ID or his Carry permit on his person. If you did the same thing you would be shot dead 9/10 times

Pretti was in the middle of the street directing traffic because blocking the road to prevent agent vehicles from accessing the scene is common strategy.. he was not an observer, he was an active participant in the effort to obstruct legal law enforcement activities..

Clearly playing semantics here. Just because you dont have a criminal record in Minnesota, doesnt mean you dont have an extensive criminal record lol

This is semantics. The MN DOC , in charge of prisons, says he has no history of incarceration and they couldn't find "felony commitments" as a matter of their records. The subject did however have a number of non felony offenses like driving without a valid license and disorderly conduct. At some point he was arrested for domestic assault involving intentional bodily harm, and taken into custody, but the FEDs at the time released him... no conviction, no jail time.
Can you imagine an administration holding an illegal just arrested for a violent offense and letting him go without any due process whatsoever? I can.
But most people really DGAF if these illegals have a rap sheet or not. We voted for them to be deported.... all of them.

he was arrested for domestic assault and let go, presumably by the Biden regime, without due process. That's why corrections doesn't have record of conviction and sentencing.

Noem is a cosplay idiot. The president should be letting Hohman handle this and I think he's seeing that now.
