by going over the officer in front of the vehicle....
She turned right. He would’ve literally had to take a long step to his left to be ran over. His hand was touched by a vehicle leaving the scene as he shot her in the head. That’s what happened. I don’t like it, but it’s the truth.

She hit the officer with the vehicle. This is literally not disputed. She got shot through the front window. What is your argument here, that its okay to hit a law enforcement officer a little bit? Are you arguing that he should have known she meant him no harm as she gunned the vehicle?

“He should’ve not been in fear of his life……. I don’t care if he was hit and dragged last year”

Post a link to that. He was walking around the murder scene after the shooting showing no signs of injury or regret.

Link to source confirming two shots into the head?

“As she gunned the vehicle”
You’re being disingenuous again. She put the car in reverse first, then turned the wheels right before the car accelerates and the car wasn’t gunned. He wasn’t run over, his hand was brushed as he extended it out to shoot. I’ve said it before and after I went back and watched the video again, I’ll say it again. That woman should’ve been arrested and charged, not shot.

They were in the process of arresting her when she accelerated towards, and hit the officer standing in front of her vehicle.
You are either disingenuous or just stupid.

The being struck by the car should take care of your concern.

If officers are telling a citizen to GET OUT OF THE CAR RIGHT NOW....and they REFUSE TO FOLLOW THAT ORDER...then of course he would STAND IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE to impede the driver from getting away.
What happens after that is completely up to the driver. Obey the order and this is a non story. Or....disobey and put yourself at risk of harm because you DISREGARDED A SIMPLE ORDER FROM AN OFFICER OF THE LAW.

So dramatic. Sound like a teenage girl.
Dude was walking around after he was “ran over”
It’s a miracle he survived honestly

lol.
He doesn’t have to be killed to have justification for deadly force.
Retard.

Pretty sure it needs to be a self defense situation. If he feared for his life, why did he just stand there and not even take a step to the side as she turned her wheels to the right AFTER she reversed the vehicle. I watched the video several times. Dude didn’t fear for his life, he was pissed and frustrated and clearly looking for a reason to draw his weapon. Call me what you want if it makes you feel tough. Your insecurity is noted. If you were so confident in your argument you wouldn’t feel the need to hurl insults.

But that woman wasn’t a threat.
The video shows different. Sorry but the truth is the truth.
quote:
So you’re admitting that because she violated an order is the reason she was shot. I thought it was because “he feared his life”?
I admitted nothing. At this point it would not matter what “I” admit or disagree with as it is irrelevant. What does matter is that “yes he was in fear for his life”. It is not up to you or I on what happened in the video. The video on its own shows the truth. I am sorry you cannot handle the truth.

That incident has nothing to do with this one. I’m not happy that I’m having to defend a leftist, but I just happen to value human life over my political views.

The video shows that you need not defend anything. She FA and FO. He is good to go.

This is the video I watched that changed my view
I’m not sure how anyone can defend this. Maybe you didn’t see this video. I saw others and was on the ICE agents side. I was even joking about it, until I watched this video.
