If a federal agent opened my passenger door, and another was yelling get the frick out of the car.
While another is in front of me, and many more are walking towards me.
I would probably put my hands up and shite myself. And I would probably have a 90% chance of not getting shot.
But I don’t have to worry about that because I don’t put myself in a position to get shot by federal agents.

Look at the smoke coming from her tailpipe. Once she put the car in drive (not park mind you, as instructed) the amount of exhaust clouds the back of her vehicle. All the way to where her SUV comes in contact with the other vehicle

Yeah not a real photo. Don’t need to put it into AI to tell. Look at the street, the passenger door open, the shadow figure on the right with what appears to have a long gun raised, the absence of the second officer on the driver side, etc, none of which are in any video I’ve seen.
Also where would thing pic/angle have come from? A drone? Satellite? Just a pic and not a video?

A moment before that image, the wheels of the car were turned to the left - and his subconscious reasoning would mean the care would have gone to the officers RIGHT had he done nothing, so his reflexive action wold be to dodge to his LEFT, Which as events evolved would have been directly into the car's path.
All this analysis of instantaneous positions is worthless in the real world of survival. The brain cannot process those kinds of 'what-ifs' in the fraction of a second the situation deteriorated from an imminent arrest to a life-threatening felonious attempt to escape.
