It's proof that people are sheep and will do whatever politicians from their side of the spectrum tell them to do and care about whatever they're told to care about.
This board is probably responsible for 99% of anything I see transgender related on a daily basis, and 100% of it is online. Nothing ever directly involving transgenders that I've ever had to deal with or my kids have had to deal with in real life or online.

Yes, both my kids know of other kids in their schools that are going all in on this idiocy. Fortunately, I raised my kids to know and understand what mental illness is.
A few months ago, my niece had a birthday party (she turned 13) and one of the kids in her class was transitioning. We had to have a quick meeting before we started with the party to alert the adults not to "misgender" the kid or the parents (leftists, of course) would find out and lose their shite. One of the parents, despite the warning, still mistakenly did it, but fortunately the kid didn't hear.

Lol. I know a teacher in n Texas. Gainesville/Muenster. She's way out left and absolutely encourages androgyny in her classes and within her high school. She also has questionable interactions with students, but oddly, the admin has her back.

This thread is pretty concerning. I know one guy that thinks he's a girl. A co-worker, got laid off during COVID and then he decided he was a girl. He painted his nails while I worked with him. Last I heard, is fully dressing that part and has a new name.
I've always thought he was mentally ill just didn't know the extent. He was always one to point out that he was agnostic conversation in every single conversation, regardless of topic.

There is at least one at my daughters school that has had her breasts cut off and demands to be called a male name.
Before we had kids, they went to church with us. The parents got divorced and lived with mom. Mom is crazy and loves the attention of having a “brave” child.
My daughter says that the girl is smart academically and is not really militant about the trans stuff but is obsessed with sex. Go through the girls social media and most posts are about sex.

I’m north of Denver, not far from Boulder. Kids go to a charter school so that may be a part of it, but never had any IRL exposure (pun intended) to drag shows, kids that want to change their sex, no ridiculous policy memos from school about putting litter boxes in bathrooms, kids getting suspended for not calling John “her” new name of Jane, etc. feel like it could be 2010.
