To be clear, I’m entirely with you on a harsh punishment, he deserves every bit coming to him. Saw somewhere he’s looking at like 20 years or something.

Cut the bullshite. If this were a black Muslim you'd want him executed.
Me personally, my opinion which I am entitled to, is I don't want to walk around in a society with people like this around me. I have done some stupid shite, I know people who have done even stupider shite than me, really fricked up and stupid, but nobody has ever burned down a building because they hate the Jews (or any other reason) unless they are fricking insane. Making memes is one thing. Burning shite down is another. I hold this a-hole to the same standard I'd hold all of the fricking 2020 rioters and future rioters and previous rioters. Get mad about something on the internet so I'm going to burn down a church. Sorry, you don't get to participate in society anymore. That's my stance.

a 14 year old who does some racist graffiti or something can be saved. an adult who burns down a place of worship is too far gone.
