Well they are consistent.
When Mike Rodgers caught them spying they went to the FISA court and got a two step warrant making it retroactive.
So they broke a dozen laws then retroactively changed things to make them whole.
Sounds like they cant get Trump for stealing codes, nor classified documents, so they will just retroactively change the laws they broke.
Stay tuned, it will be legal to kill anyone that downloads DNC data so the killer of Seth Rich will be legal. Getting paid for govt secrets are now legal, stealing elections, boy they will have a whole cottage industry going.
