I did not say your historical note was incorrect. I was ASKING a separate question...one in line with the subject at hand: A POTUS candidate that shows signs of dementia.
It would be like you talking about a great German car and me simply asking if you knew of a great American auto. I do not have to say you are wrong about the German car in order to inquire about the American brand.

OK, on a more important note as I sign off. I remember seeing a pic in print of the dog re: Son of Sam. It was when it was happening. I want to say the dog was mid-size, about 40-70 lbs.

OP's thesis is not correct. Biden is fine and will have the delegates to win the nomination BEFORE the Convention convenes.
