I heard Dime Store Obama Jeffries went to these activist leftist judges and asked them to get rid of Habba because she was pursuing legal action against the dipshit Dim congressman who got in a little tussle with ICE agents or some shite like that.
That’s exactly what happened but don’t let the leftist retards make anyone think they have figured out anything about procedure, ethics or laws.

There are rules that an acting position can only serve 120 days. I believe she would have to wait 120 days before being appointed again.
If this is the case. Put 2 people in. The main and a second. Switch them every 120days.

It sounds like judicial is making the decision
After the 120 days is up, the district judges can agree for the person to stay on, if they haven’t been confirmed yet. What happened here is they declined to let her stay. From what I gather, this is pretty rare.

Wasn’t Habba removed because she doesn’t even know how courtroom procedure works? Maybe they should stop appointing talentless hacks who donated enough money and get competent conservative attorneys.
Someone watches Rachel maddow

NJ senators are blocking her. The senate does not move on nominees if the state senators don't sign off.
Blue slips are a courtesy not a requirement. The Senate during Trump 1.0 ignored a bunch of them

Why were judges able to remove her?
There is a separation of branches in play here, judges should not be able to remove her.
From Washington Post
quote:
The judges’ order Tuesday to replace Habba said it was effective as of that day, or upon expiration of her appointment as acting U.S. attorney. But even that question over timing set off a dispute with the Justice Department earlier Tuesday.
Under federal law, interim appointments for U.S. attorney posts last 120 days or until the Senate confirms a presidential nominee to the role. If a nominee is not confirmed within that window, district court judges are empowered to appoint someone to serve until that happens.

In a March 24 social media post, Trump named Habba to lead the New Jersey office on an acting basis, saying the decision was “effective immediately” — suggesting that period ended Tuesday. Blanche, however, asserted Habba’s term officially expires at 11:59 p.m. Friday, pegging the timeline instead to when she was sworn in on March 28.
