He’s referring to the interaction between the ice agent, him, and the lady they shoved. He’s been referring to that all morning on every interview. They classify that as assault and interfering. Plus he added that him being in the street was interfering.

We had this fight 160 years ago. You should know better than anyone that equal justice includes equal application of the law, regardless of whether it’s Red or Blue. Criminals don’t get to decide what laws are enforced and which are not.

Execution of the law is an Executive choice.
I am a fan of intelligence and rationality and this strategy is neither.
There is no conflict and shouldn't' be any confusion in my stances. They're perfectly consistent.
I think a lot of this is conceptual for people like you. You don't understand how limited federal resources are. There will never be the same level of application of federal law in all areas. The same goes for subject matter.
