I donated to his defense.
I consider it money well spent.

To celebrate justice, right?

Hoping this could be a sign the worm is turning in this clown world.

I'm sure the POS Ben Crump is there already.
Al "not so" Sharpton won't be there cause he's trying to keep a low profile since he collected hundreds of thousands of dollars from the DNC and Kamala's war chest. The only reason he ain't out on his arse from left wing network, MSNBC is because he's black.

I am extremely pleased he was found not guilty on the lesser charge, but I don’t understand how they were deadlocked on the more stringent charge but unanimous on the not guilty on the lesser charge.
If he is not guilty of the lesser charge he would also be not guilty of the greater charge instead of deadlocked.
Now how does this work with double jeopardy?

The lesson also is: if you’re a good, honest person, don’t go anywhere near New York City.
Well said. I've been to NYC about 30 times but after seeing the play "Hamilton" I decided to never go back. It was the last straw for me going back to that land of liberalsm. They are trying to rewrite history. Especially when I learned they gave Hilery a standing ovation when she attended it.

IF they found him guilty, .......... civil unrest would be off the chart! People are to the tipping point when it comes to common sense judgements! The word "woke: is about to take on a whole new meaning!

Just saw where Neeley's family is suing Penny! Homeless POS, with a rap sheet a mile long, and none of these mf'ers took this POS off the street! Our justice system is broken. Criminal charges should have never been brought, now this hero has to deal with civil charges.
The moral of this story is, if you are a white man on the subway, let some POS kill everyone before he attempts to kill you, then get involved.
