bullshite.

Hearsay included within hearsay is not excluded under the hearsay rule if each part of the combined statements conforms with an exception to the hearsay rule provided in these rules.
Federal Rule of Evidence 805 directly addresses this.

How in the hell is it obstruction if nothing was obstructed. Trump screwed up trusting to many establishment pawns, they won't him to fail. If someone like trump can't change the way Washington works we are screwed. frick the deep state, libs and the media.

Comey’s notes on his conversations could also be used as evidence, according to many reports.
Will Comey's memos he created after being fired be used as evidence as well?

Well you didn't really pose a proper hypothetical for this.
If you were called on to testify in a trial that Bob told you that CT told him that he touches children, that may or may not be allowed.
If CT is a party to the case and this is being admitted against his interests, you clear one level of hearsay.
The question then turns on whether Bob's statement to you is admissible hearsay (or exempt from the hearsay rule). One easy example being a if it is considered (a) a present sense impression, (b) an excited utterance, (c) or testimony as to CT's reputation in the community, or (d) any other exception.
More fundamentally though, the proposed Trump hypothetical may not be hearsay within hearsay at all. Trump's statements, it can be argued, are being admitted for a purpose other than to prove to the truth of the matter asserted. If speaking something carries a legal impact (saying "I accept" as to a contract is the classic example), such as saying something that breaks the law, then the statement would not even fit within the hearsay rule. If Trump saying something to Comey was obstruction then Trump's statement is not being admitted to prove the truth of the matter asserted.
This only one layer of hearsay which as mentioned above could fall under a couple of exceptions.

Give odds. You have majorities in both houses.
If impeachment happens the political repurcussions are stupendous.
Therefore the odds are that republicans would not be willing to vote it out of committee.

This is an overthrow of our President.
Let them try and see what happens.

The same memos that have been sought for months yet still have no evidence of actually existing? shite, Comey could be handwriting his memos right now.

Were all 10 people present when Trump allegedly tries to pressure Comey? You'd think a lawyer of Mueller's stature would understand what hearsay is.
Or maybe you don't have all the facts and Mueller knows exactly what he's doing ....
Which is more likely?

And what exactly happens? I am as agitated as anyone over this.
BUT:
Should I abandon my family, and actively revolt? That would be great in a world where acting like a Colonial Revolutionary did not cause me to lose my: Job, House, Family, and appallingly little freedom.
A civilian attempting to do anything that overthrows the government is going to be dead before they realize the infinite power of Armor and Air Superiority in a conflict. And these two things; civilians will never have when "Overthrowing the Government".

Sit on the side and watch, cuck.

Sure...talk it up. You've watched one too many movies.
Keep fighting the good fight, Internet Assassin. Your Ruger 10/22 and brick of ammo doesn't really intimidate anyone.

Sounds like collusion against TRUMP.

Don't go down that way, NC. Think Ruby Ridge, Waco and then on to Oklahoma City. The moral bar for who is a legit target, and who ain't...keeps getting lowered as the fight ebbs and flows. You really think Military/LE hammers people who believe they are essentially fighting against an (obviously) corrupt pseudo-government/Deep State who choose WHICH duly elected POTUS they will accept, and which they won't...and then goes home to Family at night to catch snacks and tv? There won't be a home to go home too.
This is why all of us must stand for Rule of Law. The whole muh Russians thing is BS, has been from the beginning and is simply a ruse to get a SP to take out Trump. Trump Nation KNOWS THIS; and it is highly likely that Trump will go to them and fight to the mat.
It's either Rule of Law; or the abandonment of such. I.e., a real and comprehensive Investigation of "wiretapping" and corruption of the Government Security Apparatus for (Leftist) Political ends. Turn down the road to perdition if that don't happen.

How do so many of you read the source (Gateway Pundit), and then not see if the title:
It's bad enough to just accept the word of a terrible source, but it's inexcusable to not even read the additional information provided below the terrible title.
quote:Actually matches whatever evidence or source they are citing to make the title:
BREAKING: Mueller Prepares Comey, McCabe To Testify AGAINST POTUS
quote:The title presents it like this is occurring currently, when the Vox article it's basing this on refers to something that happened months ago, prior to the Comey hearings.
Shortly after the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller in May,
It's bad enough to just accept the word of a terrible source, but it's inexcusable to not even read the additional information provided below the terrible title.
