Very similar. Even as to hierarchy. Both are very loosely organized whereas Catholicism and Orthodoxy as well as the Copts have very defined roles.
However, if you are looking at which dietary code is more forgiving. It's halal. Muslims would not have a problem with a cheeseburger. Kosher observant orthodox jews would almost have nervous breakdown....along with shellfish. Muslims are more laidback..... just no pork
