Yep. He was not trying to shoot them.
He was killed upholding his 2nd amendment rights…….but these guys will spin it away because the 2nd is by application only when it’s the right.

So, protesting (see freedom of speech) but now it’s obstruction. The “statute” you posted does not specifically apply to any of this.

they just freaking kill him because he is trying to shoot them with a gun!
It’s been shown several times over that the gun was removed from his person by ICE before he was shot and killed.
And no, he did not bite the officers finger off. That was a different person.

I haven't seen/read enough to conclude anything about the incident, but a question -
Let's assume the gun had been taken from his person before the shooting started. Do you believe ICE opened fire because they're bad people and wanted to murder an antagonist, or do you think it's far more likely that the officer that started firing didn't realize the guy had been disarmed, and in fact believed, for whatever reason, the guy was an imminent threat?

Interfering with law enforcement, resisting arrest and reaching for your weapon while being detained is not upholding your 2nd amendment rights… clown

One thing is for sure, there are a notable amount of them that are not seasoned LE. Many were hurried through the process.

It's still illegal to resist arrest while being legally armed. He is dead now because he got gaslighted by the Democrat Crime Party and decided to get in a struggle session with law enforcement while armed. The Darwin Award winner put everyone in a dangerous situation and only has himself to blame.

Good question, and how did he know that the guy didn’t have another gun? He had already established himself as a threat.

No, not for a moment do I believe that the officers wanted to murder him or anyone.
I think it’s far more likely that they did not know the weapon was removed.
I don’t know if he had the gun in his jacket or wherever. I doubt that it was in his hand because they would have shot much much sooner. He did not have it in his hand when they pounce on him.

Yes there is an angle that shows both his hands were on the ground when he was shot. Most here will ignore that fact and continue to cheer on the paramilitary group of the executive branch
Your kinda was perfectly fine with an unarmed Ashli Babbitt being shot and killed

Are you referring to the guy who was killed or the officer who lost his finger?
