Calling out a Hispanic dude in FLORIDA is stupid - Puerto Ricans are born citizens and Cubans were given citizenship for years.

Got it. I'd argue we need to get closer to those values you quoted. Glad you agree. Too long we've held illegal foreigners to different standards than citizens. They should not be allowed to break the law and not face the appropriate punishment.

I have made a good living in the residential construction industry in SE AL since 1999. I can tell you that the illegal Hispanics came in and pretty much took over every trade that only required a truck and some basic tools. They came in and undercut the price for all the trades that didn't have high overhead. Once they ran off all the "good ole boys" who used to do those jobs, (and refused to do it for basically nothing) they demanded the same pay, if not more, and they got it.
I can also tell you that I never saw empty beer bottles on jobsites, especially in quantity, until this happened. I see them all the time now, and the GC's actively go around and pick the bottles up to prevent the homeowners from seeing them. I'm not saying that the SE AL rednecks who used to do these jobs didn't drink or do drugs on jobsites. I am saying that they had enough sense to hide the evidence. These hispanics have no fricks to give.
What the government needs to do is arrest/fine the EMPLOYERS of these illegals and the problem goes away. I can't tell you the last time I saw white or black guys on a jobsite doing concrete, masonry, framing, sheetrock, painting, trim, roofing, siding, etc. Pretty much the only trades that are unaffected in my area are HVAC, P&E, and Custom Cabinetry.
I'm just thankful that my specific niche has barriers that prevents the illegals from taking over.

I forgot to add that I drive past a spot every day where they cleared off a small plot of land and put two old junky single wide trailers on it. There are at least 20 vehicles parked at the two trailers every morning when I drive by. I know they are hispanics because I have seen them outside from time to time. How does a native born American construction worker compete with people who are perfectly willing to live 10-12 deep in a single wide trailer and send most of their money "back home"? Again, arrest the employers and the problem goes away.

Well I'll just be damned.
NC didn't have enough money to help their own people of Appalachia when they were absolutely wrecked by the Helene flooding. That fell mostly on volunteers and charitable donors from across the nation, with a little extra from FEMA.
But they had enough money to pay for the education and likely school meals for 35,000+ illegal alien children in the Charlotte metro alone.
It might just be me, but something seems pretty seriously fricked up about that.

Lol my local McDonalds has been working with a skeleton crew these last few days. Orders taking forever to fill. I asked their 2nd shift manager what was going on, she said over half their employees are afraid to come to work because they are scared ice will get them if they leave their houses.
This McDonalds has 30 employees. So that means over 15 of them are illegals.
