In shitholes like Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, several other cities... mob rule is the only rule. Laws do not apply to them.
Hell, in Wisconsin, the state tried to imprison Rittenhouse for life because he didn't just allow himself to be mercilessly attacked by a woke mob. Woke mob has a royalty status in several cities.. they can do no wrong and any defense against them is viewed as fascist... somehow.
