I swear some of you have been hugely propagandized.
You no longer have the ability to think for yourself. You are content to blindly follow liars and schemers. You wake up every day willing to march in lock step with the desires of the most evil people ever to gain power in the USA.
You represent the death of the most honorable, noble, productive, moral, responsible set of governing ethics ever created by man = the constitution of the USA. You chip away at everything that protects us from the takeover by vile and evil political hacks.
You have become blind to facts and logic and morality. Nothing matters but what the Animal Farm hog wakes up thinking today.

So, the constitution gives us the right to murder?

Always thought that Carlin bit was borderline retarded.
My reply to him would be YES EXACTLY!!!!
Stopping the murder of babies doesnt equal having to support cradle to grave benefits. All the fricking head start, welfare, free lunches, food stamps, healthcare etc. ad nauseum HAS ONLY DESTROYED segments of society.

you sound like an idiot. the job of the supreme court is to interpret the constitution
Judges are bias just like the rest of us or they wouldn't vote down party lines.
So they don't "really" interpret the constitution.

The government has never granted me a right. Please show me where this is written in the Constitution.

Yeah it’s such a strawman.
So using that logic because I think it’s wrong for Baton Rouge gang members to murder people I have to support “free” healthcare?
Just cause I don’t want a parent killing their child doesn’t mean I have to personally raise them

I don't understand how you can be so shortsighted taking this as a win just because it upsets some liberals on twitter. You should take a lesson from the NRA and learn to never give an inch. Protect every single right the government ever granted us because when u cheer for womens rights extending to their womb to be revoked they will find something else to go after next
You were making sense until this. There is so much woeng here I don't even have time to start.

Go read up an RGB’s interview on her thought of RvW.
She said she was a proponent of abortion right but said RvW was a bad decision
She said the jurists at the time should have just looked at the specifics of the Texas case and not went blanket entire US.

It’s not even an unenumerated right that’s found anywhere in the penumbras of the Bill of Rights or our legal tradition dating to English common law, it’s all made up, outcome-determinative verdict by SCOTUS.

Using “substantive due process” as justification

Yet “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” is right there, spelled out in our founding documents.
